Chuck Parsons is a master of obscured space. He believes that telling too much in a painting can actually lock out the participation of the viewer. He was trained at the American Academy of Arts, Chicago, and has become an American Expressionist of note through the years.
“As I get older, I have come to think that the brushwork is most important, perhaps more so than the subject or the composition.”
His work can be found in numerous private and corporate collections throughout the US and Europe.
